We currently have a service artist position available at our popular kiosk located at Maui's only oceanfront shopping center - Whaler's Village Shopping Center, Kaanapali. This is by far the top shopping location currently on the West Side of Maui.
We are Maui's oldest and premiere provider of Henna Jagua temporary tattoos, Permanent Jewelry, Hair Braiding and Hair Wraps. Experience is welcomed, however, we will also train you. You must be motivated and comfortable with interacting with customers from around the world through the “Aloha Spirit”.
Artist Salary: Enjoy a generous 30% commission from all services no maximum on what you can earn. This is a fast-moving business with thousands of primarily tourists passing by our kiosk daily. The amount of income you earn will be directly related to how well you successfully interact with potential customers and the speed at which you can complete services.
We also have an Assistant Manager position available for a true leader who will be responsible for assisting in the following:
(1) Day-to-day management of the kiosk
(2) Look to grow the business through more effective uses of social media (Instagram, Google, etc.)
(3) Look to grow the business through more effective use of our Square POS.
(4) Obtaining maximum sales and margins
(5) Ensuring maximum standards of customer service
(6) The development of artists targeted projections and goals
(7) Being a role model and leader, solving problems, making informed decisions and manage the operations wisely to achieve maximum results
(8) Qualified candidates must be friendly, enthusiastic, highly motivated professionals who are service driven
